I had my lehenga sent over from Jalandhar and it did not fit anywhere. They took it in across two fittings, worked around all the heavy beadwork and added loops for the dupatta. On the day I could actually breathe and dance. Honestly the best money I spent on the whole wedding.

Went in with no idea what I wanted. They showed me three sherwanis, told me straight which one suited my build, then sorted the safa, kalgi and mojaris in the same visit. Shoulders were altered perfectly. My brother is going back for his own wedding.

We needed outfits for nine people across three events and I was dreading it. They kept the colours working together and gave us a realistic alteration schedule so nothing was left to the last week. Genuinely took the stress out of it.

Brought in three sarees that had been sitting in a suitcase for two years because I had no blouses for them. Measurements taken properly, falls and pico done, and the blouses fit better than anything I have bought ready-made. Wearing all three now.

Good range of everyday cotton suits, not just heavy party wear, which is what I actually needed. Prices were fair and they hemmed the salwar while I waited. It is a bit of a drive for me and still worth it.

I brought my outfit in and they pulled three different jewellery sets against the actual fabric instead of guessing. Ended up with something completely different from what I had in mind and it looked so much better in the photos.

I was invited to a colleague’s wedding and had absolutely no clue where to start. Nobody made me feel silly for asking basic questions. They explained the different events, what colours to avoid and even showed me how to drape the dupatta. Lovely experience.

Straightforward, honest alterations. Two kurtas shortened and a pair of trousers taken in. It took a couple of days longer than I hoped because they were in the middle of wedding season, but they told me that up front and the work itself was neat.

Bought lehengas for both girls. I asked about the netting because my youngest gets itchy and they suggested lined pieces instead. They wore them all evening without complaining once, which has never happened before.

I brought fabric back from India and a photo of the neckline I wanted. They checked the yardage before cutting, called me in for a fit check partway through and it came out exactly like the picture. Will be bringing the rest of my fabric in.
